Business Development Executive
POST RESUME

The business model has the sales booking the orders, and then the support team takes over. The various tasks of the Business Development team are :

  1. Responsible for sales forecasting, meeting sales targets & monitoring the competition in the designated region/territory.
  2. Carrying out the entire sales activity, starting from suspect identification and project presentations, upto techno-commerial negotiations, order finalization and then payment collection.
  3. Maintaining a continuous interaction with clients, in order to ensure their sustained development

The profile of the candidates :

  1. At least 2 years experience as a team player in the IT field, selling Hardware and Software Solutions.
  2. Dynamic, young male with a flair for meeting new people and developing long term relationships with them.
  3. Project and report writing skills.
  4. Experience in interaction with corporates and institutions will a major plus point.
  5. BE or BTech in Electronics/ Computer science
  6. MBA in Marketing you will be preferred.
  7. Experience in an IT / Consultancy company would be an added advantage .

Customer Support Executive
POST RESUME

The business is model has the sales booking the orders, and then the support team takes over. The various tasks of the support team are:

  1. Testing and certification of incoming hardware
  2. Testing and validation of in-house developed software, both for mobile devices and application software
  3. Implementation of hardware, software and systems at client sites
  4. Post implementation support to the client, whether on-site or off-site, for hardware and software
  5. Picking up AMCs from clients
  6. Technical support to the sales team in the selling stages
  7. Continuous technical training of the sales team
  8. Checking and repair of client products
  9. Maintenance of in-house PC systems in co-ordination with external systems support agency

The profile of the candidates :

  1. Young male
  2. BE or Diploma in Electronics or Computers
  3. Good knowledge of PC interfacing technologies and peripherals
  4. Working experience of atleast 1 year in customer support function for hardware and software support
  5. Soldering experience is a must
  6. Good understanding of database fundamentals preferably relating to MSAccess or SQL or similar systems
  7. No reservations against extensive travel to customer site
  8. Sound health
  9. Basic knowledge of networking

Certifications from Microsoft, Cisco etc will be a definite advantage

You would represent the company in your territory, for both sales related activity and post-sales support. You would be the first point of contact for all customers in your area. This would include the following activities

  1. Cold calling and Identifying prospects
  2. All Sales related activities
  3. Implementation of hardware, software and systems at client sites
  4. Post implementation support to the client, whether on-site or off-site, for hardware and software
  5. Picking up AMCs from clients


The profile of the candidates

  1. Young male
  2. BE or Diploma in Electronics or Computers
  3. Good knowledge of PC interfacing technologies and peripherals
  4. Working experience of atleast 2 year as Sales/ Marketing Executive in Solution Selling
  5. Experience in preparing and giving project presentations
  6. No reservations against extensive travel to customer site
  7. Sound health

  5. Working experience of atleast 3-4 years as a Manager of the customer support function for hardware and software support in an IT company
  6. Good understanding of database fundamentals preferably relating to MSAccess or SQL or similar systems
  7. No reservations against extensive travel to customer site
  8. Sound health
  9. Basic knowledge of networking
